ABOUT KABIKA FOREVER FOUNDATION

The history of KABIKA FOREVER FOUNDATION [“KFF”] originated back to the year 2019 on the observation of its founding member, Mr KABIKA EFALA OLIVIER and the actions carried out by its initiators in the past.

Its activities are supposed to extend over several geographical areas with the necessary means and recourses of social action professionals and with the help of philanthropists.

Aware of the realities of the African society, the founders decided to support the actions of its initiator and to direct their activities towards disadvantaged social growth and towards human development.

From this perspective, everything that contributes to the growth and development of the human person and everything that allows each human being to fully and freely exercise their citizenship constitutes the let motive of this Foundation.

Thus, KFF bases itself on the principle that each person has the right to participate fully in social life in reaching their full potential. The Foundation resist or attempts to exert any form of direct or indirect pressure whether it is religious, ideological, philosophical, economic or political aimed at the exclusion or marginalization of people based on their ethnic origin, culture, beliefs, gender or physical orientation.

These convictions, considered as the fundamental basis of the ethics of the Foundation, constitute a set of references in the orientation and evolution of its actions.

Thus, KABIKA FOREVER FOUNDATION recognises itself as a component of civil society as a whole. It thus claims its originality and freedom to choose, carry out and develop actions compatible with its convictions within the framework of national and international legal regulatory provisions.

It does not consider itself simply a manager of the provision of social action services or outreaches, but also registers its actions within the framework of the convictions defined above.

While assuming its own history and its Christian basis, while insisting on humanist values understood in the broader sense, the Foundation is part of the logic of pluralistic society and fully recognises itself in the value of secularism which allows people with different convictions to live together in mutual respect.

Educate, accompany, care for, and protect are the verbs that underpin all orientation and all actions of the initiator and member of this Foundation. Hence the adoption of this constitution by all the members, requires total adherence to all the principles of this legal document.
